baked a cake today. it was supposed to be a fluffy sponge cake but it turned out to be a dense pound cake. the recipe calls for plain flour and caster sugar but i used self-raising flour and brown sugar so that explains why it turned out that way. i shall try baking it again with the right ingredients next time.
but the frosting was really good though. can be used for cupcakes as well. just need some food dye to brighten it up.
for dinner, i made:
normal chinese food. but mine was eaten from a japanese bowl that my mom dug out from nowhere. i love that bowl – makes my food taste japanese. LOL. i’m sure it’s all psychological but who knows, different bowls may make your food taste different. XD
