sunny side up pizza

in my opinion, italian food like pasta and pizzas are the easiest to make. for this new recipe, it would be better if i had spinach. i thought i did but it turned out to be watercress. so i used tomatoes and zucchinis instead.

and after. i left it in the oven for a bit too long because i thought the egg wasn’t cooked. but it was still alright.


for 2 servings

2 slices of ham (cut)
2 eggs
1 bundle of baby spinach
2 tomatoes (sliced)
2 portobello mushrooms (sliced)
1 packet of mozzarella light
2 personal pan sized pizza crusts
6 tablespoons of tomato pasta sauce
olive oil

1) spread pasta sauce on pizza crusts.
2) add tomatoes and mushrooms (seasoned with olive oil and salt). remember to leave a space in the middle so that the egg can sit nicely.
3) add spinach and ham.
4) cover with cheese.
5) crack the eggs in the middle of the pizzas.
6) bake for 15-20 minutes.
