found this place while researching on CNNGo. it’s well known for cheap and good dim sum in central hong kong. most of the patrons are old men.
for 2 persons, my mom and i ordered quite a lot of food compared to the others. one guy at our table had a plate of cheong fun and had his tea cup refilled 10 times. another grandpa had 2 char siew paos and 5 cups of tea.
my favourite was the siew mai. the char siew bao’s skin was too thick for our liking. victor’s kitchen at sunshine plaza ftw. :D
