Italy is indeed the land of pastas. Fresh pasta tastes very different from the ones in boxes.
Gnocchi with some herb cream sauce.
Ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese topped with some vegetable which tastes like sauerkraut. Didn’t really like this.
Tagliatelle with mushrooms.
Penne with tomato sauce and aglio olio. This was my favourite because the spaghetti was extremely well cooked. Al dente perfection.
Linguine with pesto sauce.
