I guess you could say sho teppan is like the sukiyaki/teppanyaki version of pepper lunch. Food is ready prepared in a pot and you just have to cook it youself.

I thought the food tasted pretty normal. Nothing to rave about. It’s super doable at home as well so I don’t think I will be going back.
