I’ve finally found a new ramen place that’s comparable to santouka!
As you can see, the place is not very big. If you want to secure a seat without queuing, be there before 6pm.
Had the miso ramen because it’s their specialty. I do not normally eat miso ramen because it’s the saltiest of all in japan.
I couldn’t resist because they only use the thick noodles for their miso ramen! Surprisingly, the soup was not overly salty. I think they tweaked it to our local taste buds.
The egg was good and runny.
Gyoza was just so-so.
Will go back to try their shio ramen!
