I was craving for some spicy buffalo wings/drumlets so I decided to make some. I’ve never liked wings so I used only drumlets.
7 chicken drumlets
3 tablespoons melted olive oil butter
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sugar to taste (if you like your buffalo wings to be on the sweeter side. I would recommend 1 teaspoon)
Mix all ingredients under marinade. Taste the marinade to adjust saltiness, spicyness, sweetness to your liking. Mix the marinade with the chicken and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Preheat oven to a 250 degrees. Roast the chicken until skin turns brown.
