BAKED POTATO CHIPS WITH GARLIC & ROSEMARY

This is such a great alternative to store bought potato chips with who knows what chemicals and preservatives they contain. Not to mention the high fat content.

Followed the recipe from here. I added rosemary because I love them with potatoes.

Too bad most of my chips were over burnt because I wasn’t keeping a watch over them. I did manage to taste a few unburned ones though. The best part was, these didn’t feel oily at all.
