Brussels sprouts is well known for mussels and frites (belgium fries) but as I’m not a fan of shellfish other than the occasional chilli crabs, I gave it a pass.

Belgium fries with 3 dipping sauces – hunter sauce, curry tomato and garlic saffron mayo which I didn’t like.

Braised Lamb Shank with Gibelotte Sauce. Apparently the shank has a stronger mutton taste than any other parts.

Parma Ham wrapped Chicken Thigh which was really tender.

Do make reservations beforehand because it’s always fully reserved even on a weekday.
